Franklin Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th minute, Erasmo da Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diogo Negri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franklin Araújo in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute, Quandus's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ramón Nogueira fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Doriva de Queirós was substituted for Frank Mesquita. Isaltino Capixaba kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute of the game Durval de Barros made a throw-in which Leopoldo França played forward. The supporters of Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ booed when Quandus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo França didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Ramón Nogueira went to the cornerflag to take it. Ramón Nogueira struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Diogo Negri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ. Quandus's Diogo Negri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Quandus from getting a goal against them. Diogo Negri made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Fabinho Berger sent off a good shot on target. In the 45th minute, Dalmo Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Quandus's goalkeeper Diogo Negri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Franklin Araújo. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Franklin Araújo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Diogo Negri came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Doriva de Queirós. But to his dismay, Doriva de Queirós quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Diogo Negri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franklin Araújo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Nilton Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 71 minutes, Doriva de Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doriva de Queirós was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wesley Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iuri Félix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Franklin Araújo scored 3-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Diogo Negri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
