Wesley Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raí Botelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Davi Alexandridis in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wesley Quadros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Davi Alexandridis sped through Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wesley Quadros. Maurinho Valadares kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 22nd match minute, Leon Sport Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian Queirós to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Queirós in the 25th minute of play forced Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Wesley Quadros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Faustão Ferreira fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leon Sport Club's protests and gave Faustão Ferreira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th minute, Faustão Ferreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Franklin Araújo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Weverton Pras narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Leon Sport Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Frank Mesquita took the corner. Despite this Weverton Pras quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dagoberto Severo was slow to take the kick. During this time Leon Sport Club's players had a chance to rest. Davi Alexandridis hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. When Leon Sport Club's Ian Queirós in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Franklin Araújo made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Faustão Ferreira had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramón Nogueira during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 62 minutes Leon Sport Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. After some careless play in the Leon Sport Club defense, Ramón Nogueira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Weverton Pras. The Leon Sport Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Weverton Pras should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Nando Veiga hit a great ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
