Pereiras FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jardel Nóbrega was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Pereiras FC's Téo Silva got control of the ball when Giuseppe Perez tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Pereiras FC's zone, Nilmar Maciel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Téo Silva came out of the goal and Nilmar Maciel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Téo Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nilmar Maciel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the OS IMPOSSIVEIS players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
