Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Arí Travassos got the match started through his kick off. When Egídio França fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mundial EC's protests and gave Egídio França a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Mundial EC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Egídio França hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Zachariasz Gejda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Diamante Negro DK - VV's supporters rose to their feet, but Zachariasz Gejda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Germano Moraes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Germano Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinícius Servaes in the 18th minute of the match. João Pedro Alvarenga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Li Li, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Zachariasz Gejda dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Germano Moraes, 2-0. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mundial EC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vítor Mattos was slow to take the kick. During this time Diamante Negro DK - VV's players had a chance to rest. João Pedro Alvarenga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Li Li, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Diamante Negro DK - VV getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Virgílio Ribeiro hit a great ball. Diamante Negro DK - VV's João Pedro Alvarenga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaldo de Alcântara in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinícius Servaes in the 47th minute of play forced Mundial EC's goalkeeper Germano Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vinícius Servaes made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arí Travassos in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Pedro Alvarenga saved Diamante Negro DK - VV from getting behind. João Pedro Alvarenga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Li Li, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernabe Abella charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernabe Abella the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. João Pedro Alvarenga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arí Travassos in the 56th minute of play. Germano Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renatinho Freitas in the 64th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Mundial EC's goal looked a bit too open when Vinícius Servaes came free, but Germano Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vinícius Servaes in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Germano Moraes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Li Li received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. João Pedro Alvarenga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vítor Mattos during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 played minutes Diamante Negro DK - VV got a freekick which was hit by Vítor Mattos. Reinaldo de Alcântara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Mundial EC's Li Li slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of João Pedro Alvarenga. That made the score 3-2 after 85 minutes of play. Júnior Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Pedro Alvarenga having to interfere. Li Li charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Li Li the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 95 played minutes Mundial EC got a freekick which was hit by Li Li. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Diamante Negro DK - VV fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mundial EC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
