The audience was convinced that Kauan Carioca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dráusio Siqueira was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Parfrente FC's Kauan Carioca got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Tião Saraiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The supporters of Parfrente FC booed when WAU team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adhemar Hermes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cauan Almeida during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
