Tiago Gabriel Cabral came out of the goal and Flavinho Rosado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute Ronaldão Félix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Falcão Garcia was the one to do the kick off. After 65 minutes, Falcão Garcia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vae Victis!! and the Galo na Veia FC™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Falcão Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes Vae Victis!! got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Fernandes. After having played for 68 minutes, Amauri Terra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galo na Veia FC™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Amauri Terra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Galo na Veia FC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Greg Moore came free, but Barra Gøl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Vae Victis!!'s Tiago Gabriel Cabral got control of the ball when Ronaldão Félix tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vae Victis!!'s Tiago Gabriel Cabral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Vae Victis!! from getting a goal against them. In the 96th minute, Maciej Żurawski made a precise shot to the right of Tiago Gabriel Cabral. Vae Victis!!'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. When the match was over Galo na Veia FC™ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vae Victis!! throughout the match.
