Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Goth Cloudy Experience the free kick. After a rather tough play, Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's Aílton Linhares got a free kick in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennys Gøl in the 23rd minute of play forced Goth Cloudy Experience's goalkeeper Agostinho Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Clube Atl. Peter De Boel hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reimond Reddington stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cássio Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmílson Cearense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Ronaldo Queraria kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Agostinho Martins. That made the score 0-1 in the 53 minute of play. Peterson Pancho got a throw-in 58 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gláuber de Alcântara. Goth Cloudy Experience's supporters rose to their feet, but Reimond Reddington was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cássio Ramos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Goth Cloudy Experience getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Nelson Cabral hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Messi in the 89th minute of play forced Goth Cloudy Experience's goalkeeper Agostinho Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nelson Medeiros hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Clube Atl. Taquaritinga left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Goth Cloudy Experience.
