Bernardo Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 郭俊景, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MUSHIBA FC's Osvaldo Vergílio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Pirani in the 17th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Bernardo Corrêa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 20 minutes Vascogoianiense FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amadeo Walme who took care of the corner kick. 范剑源 was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Vascogoianiense FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rafa Alves 35 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. Luís Eduardo Fonseca charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luís Eduardo Fonseca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Vascogoianiense FC booed when MUSHIBA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Eduardo Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute, Dida Baiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardo Corrêa came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by MUSHIBA FC's Rafa Alves. But to his dismay, Rafa Alves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 44th minute, Gilmar Monteiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osvaldo Vergílio was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Vascogoianiense FC's Gilmar Monteiro got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When MUSHIBA FC's Rafa Alves in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vascogoianiense FC's goalie prevented a goal. Deivid Capixaba scored 5-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernardo Corrêa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Osvaldo Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilmar Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 71stth minute of the game Rafa Alves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vascogoianiense FC's Bernardo Corrêa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Vascogoianiense FC's Válbson Pontes in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MUSHIBA FC's goalie prevented a goal. Osvaldo Vergílio made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when João Pirani sent off a good shot on target. After 91 minutes of play, MUSHIBA FC's Rafa Alves made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardo Corrêa was left in no man's land by his defense there!
