Wanderson Pena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 郭俊景 in the 21st minute of the match. Wanderson Pena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafa Alves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wanderson Pena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafa Alves, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After some careless play in the Buritama Sports defense, 郭俊景 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wanderson Pena. Sandrinho Massa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Osvaldo Vergílio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Buritama Sports were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after MUSHIBA FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Celsinho Amorim took the corner. After taking down the ball on Buritama Sports's corner Celsinho Amorim fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Osvaldo Vergílio quite easily take care of the ball. Buritama Sports's Wanderson Pena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafa Alves in the 40th minute of play. When Frederico Godoi fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buritama Sports's protests and gave Frederico Godoi a yellow card for diving instead. Frederico Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, MUSHIBA FC's Amadeo Walme tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 48th minute, Rafa Alves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wanderson Pena was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jan-Ove Gustavsson was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Celsinho Cosme was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buritama Sports's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MUSHIBA FC the free kick. In the 58th match minute, Buritama Sports was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celsinho Cosme to maneuver through the defense. 63 minutes into the game, 郭俊景 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wanderson Pena. 郭俊景 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. In the 68th minute 郭俊景 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wanderson Pena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute Jan-Ove Gustavsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafa Alves got free with Wanderson Pena in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafa Alves in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wanderson Pena saved Buritama Sports from getting behind. A hard shot 78 in the game by Rafa Alves from a close distance when the talented Wanderson Pena managed to make a qualified save. Buritama Sports's players were relieved. Buritama Sports's Wanderson Pena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Buritama Sports from getting a goal against them. MUSHIBA FC's Osvaldo Vergílio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Paraíba in the 82nd minute of play. The Buritama Sports supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching MUSHIBA FC's performance. The match ended with a win for MUSHIBA FC.
