Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pedrinho Hoffmann kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Atlético-PR booed when Joinville Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorian do Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Joinville Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Deivid Vaz hit a great ball. Oswaldo Paraíba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorian do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geovanni Leite's late challenge caught a Atlético-PR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geovanni Leite helped the player get up and apologised. Geovanni Leite kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Dorian do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oswaldo Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Joinville Esporte Clube's Eriberto Leão got control of the ball when Yang Ke Xun tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Geovanni Leite was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 28 minutes had been played. Pedrinho Hoffmann took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eriberto Leão. Eriberto Leão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Dráuzio Barral hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Pedrinho Hoffmann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eriberto Leão. Joinville Esporte Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedrinho Hoffmann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Zé Joinvilense charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zé Joinvilense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Joinville Esporte Clube's Zé Joinvilense got a free kick in the 54th minute. Pedrinho Hoffmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joinville Esporte Clube's Eriberto Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrinho Hoffmann in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute Pedrinho Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Pedrinho Hoffmann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético-PR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Atlético-PR made a substitution. Cacá Breckenfeld replaced Eugênio Azevedo. Atlético-PR's Hong Jian Fan was substituted for Pedrinho Hoffmann. Yang Ke Xun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eriberto Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perivaldo Sampaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorian do Nascimento in the 83rd minute of play forced Atlético-PR's goalkeeper Oswaldo Paraíba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oswaldo Paraíba came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Joinville Esporte Clube's Dorian do Nascimento. But to his dismay, Dorian do Nascimento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Oswaldo Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorian do Nascimento in the 88th minute of play. After 91 minutes of play, Atlético-PR's Hong Jian Fan made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eriberto Leão was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 96thth minute of the game Hong Jian Fan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Joinville Esporte Clube's Eriberto Leão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Atlético-PR's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
