Independente FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nilson Duarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Planet Caravan's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Lucas came free, but Romeu Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Independente FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Romeu Marques didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Independente FC's Fernando Lucas shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Romeu Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raí Prestes in the 71st minute of the match. In the 78thth minute of the game Fernando Lucas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Planet Caravan's Romeu Marques was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Romeu Marques didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hudson Toscano went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. In the 88th minute, Nilson Duarte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romeu Marques was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Aníbal Guedes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Planet Caravan's supporters rose to their feet, but Aníbal Guedes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Gröhe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the Independente FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
