Bernardo Moreira made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Cafu Silveira sent off a good shot on target. Dorival Linhares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ni Feng Nan in the 11th minute of play. Bernardo Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cafu Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Elano Matos in the 22nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by PIRATAS TFP's José Pedro de Amaral. Warren FC - DMZ's Bernardo Moreira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Warren FC - DMZ from getting a goal against them. In the 25th minute Ni Feng Nan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorival Linhares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 28 minutes on the clock, Artur de Sena commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Artur de Sena hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in PIRATAS TFP's zone, Ni Feng Nan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorival Linhares came out of the goal and Ni Feng Nan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind PIRATAS TFP's goalkeeper Dorival Linhares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kiko Vides kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Ni Feng Nan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dorival Linhares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute Warren FC - DMZ were awarded a corner. David Luis went to the cornerflag to take it. When Warren FC - DMZ's Ni Feng Nan in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PIRATAS TFP's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cafu Silveira made a kick off. Cafu Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Bernardo Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ni Feng Nan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dorival Linhares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vágner de Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 70thth minute of the game Ni Feng Nan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PIRATAS TFP's Dorival Linhares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Warren FC - DMZ made a substitution. Frederico Vianna replaced Ni Feng Nan. Warren FC - DMZ's David Luis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dorival Linhares in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dorival Linhares made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Vágner de Queiroz sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to PIRATAS TFP getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Thomás Souto hit a great ball. Dorival Linhares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frederico Vianna in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Wiliam Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Pedro de Amaral made in the 89th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Natanael Rocha however managed to control. In the 91st match minute, Warren FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleiton Duarte to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, José Pedro de Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
