In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olivedos's goalkeeper Armel Zettiņš, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Olivedos's Armel Zettiņš played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Laurin in the 11th minute of play. If Noel Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vito Amorim during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Vito Amorim hit a great ball. The supporters of ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ booed when Olivedos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elder Mattos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armel Zettiņš showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rüknettin Aysan, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Durval Simões stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 80th minute Edson Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sune Rudberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
