Bruno Sanches came out of the goal and Fausto Romero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bruno Sanches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquez Padolles in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Romero in the 43rd minute of play forced ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s goalkeeper Bruno Sanches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 minutes of play, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Evaristo Montenegro made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Sanches was left in no man's land by his defense there!

In the 88th minute Evaristo Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Marquez Padolles slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bruno Sanches. That made the score 1-8 after 95 minutes of play. When the match was over Coritiba Foot Ball Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ throughout the match.
