When Ovidio Gonzo fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's protests and gave Ovidio Gonzo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th minute, Ovidio Gonzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's Victoriano Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Botello in the 4th minute of play. After having played for 8 minutes, Herminio Botello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Churrascos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herminio Botello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 10 minutes in the game, Laureano Bingen fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Victoriano Luke having to interfere. In the 12th minute Ermegildo Ostadar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Cesaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victoriano Luke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laureano Bingen in the 14th minute. Laureano Bingen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Victoriano Luke when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Laureano Bingen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Victoriano Luke made a huge save. Vinicio Clemencin's late challenge caught a Churrascos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vinicio Clemencin helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 played minutes INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Clemencin. Victoriano Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Basajaun in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Ostadar in the 30th minute of play forced Churrascos FC's goalkeeper Robustiano Cesaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Herminio Botello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Victoriano Luke was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 34 minutes into the match, Churrascos FC's Laureano Bingen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victoriano Luke narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 36 minutes, Herminio Botello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victoriano Luke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 39th play minute Laureano Bingen came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Victoriano Luke. 2-0. Victoriano Luke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Basajaun, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Churrascos FC's Herminio Botello got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Ermegildo Ostadar made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Botello came free, but Victoriano Luke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Churrascos FC defense, Ermegildo Ostadar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robustiano Cesaro. The Churrascos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robustiano Cesaro should have stopped the shot. In the 59th minute, one of INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA. Victoriano Luke came out of the goal and Ezequiel Basajaun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's Ovidio Gonzo got a free kick in the 97th minute. There was no doubt that Churrascos FC were the better team. Churrascos FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
