Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gaston Haritzeder kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, Lobos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Llorian to maneuver through the defense. Marcial Amor was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 3 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lobos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 3rd minute. Penalty! An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Jeraldo in the 18th minute of play forced Lobos's goalkeeper Rafael Berbiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Lobos getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Clodoveo Llorian hit a great ball. In the 25th minute of the match, Erubiel Chuan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rafael Berbiz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some careless play in the Lobos defense, Marcos Madeo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafael Berbiz. The Lobos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafael Berbiz should have stopped the shot. In the 30th minute, Carmelo Jeraldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in La Gallardeta's zone, Clodoveo Llorian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Romelio came out of the goal and Clodoveo Llorian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute, Narciso Matteo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Madeo took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Berbiz. Rafael Berbiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Rafael Berbiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Casimiro Erramun in the 42nd minute. Casimiro Erramun took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Berbiz. Rafael Berbiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eliseo Illan made a kick off. Lobos's Rafael Berbiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Madeo in the 54th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Lobos's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Erramun came free, but Rafael Berbiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Leonides Pancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Gallardeta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Rafael Berbiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Erramun in the 68th minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Eliseo Illan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafael Berbiz was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. After 76 minutes, Teodoro Chesus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lobos and the La Gallardeta players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 76th match minute, Lobos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Chesus to maneuver through the defense. Rafael Berbiz came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by La Gallardeta's Apolo Naelio. But to his dismay, Apolo Naelio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. Rafael Berbiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Illan, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Chuan in the 86th minute of play forced Lobos's goalkeeper Rafael Berbiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Gallardeta's Casimiro Erramun got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute Erubiel Chuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Berbiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lobos's Rafael Berbiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Flores in the 95th minute of play. Rafael Berbiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonides Pancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clodoveo Llorian kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. La Gallardeta's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
