Ildefonso Savion hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Cremonese's Apolo Ted proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Cremonese from getting a goal against them. Apolo Ted made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Milian in the 9th minute of play. Olli-Pekka Suoste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Milton Friedman might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Apolo Ted. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Milton Friedman ran back to his position shaking his head. 16 minutes into the match, Papillon AC's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Ondino came free, but Narciso Froylan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Milton Friedman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Apolo Ted made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milton Friedman in the 19th minute of play forced Cremonese's goalkeeper Apolo Ted to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Narciso Froylan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Arias in the 20th minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Papillon AC got a freekick which was hit by Milton Friedman. Apolo Ted made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olli-Pekka Suoste in the 29th minute of play. A collision led to Cremonese getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Eustaquio Azibar hit a great ball. Olli-Pekka Suoste in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Apolo Ted, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Apolo Ted made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olli-Pekka Suoste in the 35th minute of play. Cremonese's Melchor Arias got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Olli-Pekka Suoste in the 53rd minute of play forced Cremonese's goalkeeper Apolo Ted to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Oliverio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. Apolo Ted went to the wrong direction when Timoteo Herrera was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After 58 minutes, Marcelino Sayvion mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cremonese and the Papillon AC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 58th minute, Marcelino Sayvion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute, Olli-Pekka Suoste got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcelino Sayvion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Narciso Froylan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcelino Sayvion went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 69 minutes into the match, Teofilo Milian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Apolo Ted. Cremonese's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teofilo Milian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Eustaquio Azibar kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. If Gonzalo Haritzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonzalo Haritzeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Ted having to interfere. Inocencio Fidensio hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute of the match Timoteo Herrera shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Apolo Ted showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Cremonese's Laureano Asur got a free kick in the 96th minute. Timoteo Herrera struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Apolo Ted didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Papillon AC. Despite being the better team, Papillon AC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
