Leonides Restu charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonides Restu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th minute, Leonides Restu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Jesus Tiso came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Lapachito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesus Tiso couldn't finish the play. In the 20th minute, Leopoldo Txomin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramiro Nicholas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Genaro Aimar in the 32nd minute. After 33 minutes of play Barrilete Cósmico FC's Leonides Restu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Barrilete Cósmico FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ciriaco Vito hit a great ball. Fidel Di Maria came free in the 43rd minute and tried to tip the ball over Cleto Alonso, but to the joy of Lapachito's supporters the ball went over. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Celedonio Manilan hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Jesus Tiso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramiro Nicholas was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Fidel Di Maria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Cleto Alonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Fidel Di Maria could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Cleto Alonso however easily saved by the left post. Celedonio Manilan's late challenge caught a Lapachito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celedonio Manilan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st minute, Celedonio Manilan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, Aquiles Lon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Celedonio Manilan was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Barrilete Cósmico FC's Celedonio Manilan got a free kick in the 81st minute. When Leopoldo Txomin fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barrilete Cósmico FC's protests and gave Leopoldo Txomin a yellow card for diving instead. After 90 played minutes Barrilete Cósmico FC got a freekick which was hit by Ciriaco Vito. Ramiro Nicholas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aquiles Lon went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Barrilete Cósmico FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
