FIFA2024's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, Ciriaco Gaitano notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FIFA2024's Joaquin Venerando. Joaquin Venerando was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aquiles Erruki came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by FIFA2024's Paulino Mogel. But to his dismay, Paulino Mogel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Laureano Acevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Joaquin Venerando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciriaco Gaitano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, Laureano Acevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Humberto Goi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquiles Erruki was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Joaquin Venerando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Emmanuel in the 36th minute of play. Joaquin Venerando didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Emmanuel went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. 47 minutes into the match, FIFA2024's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Emmanuel came free, but Joaquin Venerando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Humberto Goi made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as INTER de Córdoba's Lisandro Guter slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joaquin Venerando. That made the score 3-4 after 51 minutes of play. Joaquin Venerando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lisandro Guter in the 55th minute. When Felipe Emmanuel fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored INTER de Córdoba's protests and gave Felipe Emmanuel a yellow card for diving instead. Felipe Emmanuel hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. FIFA2024's Joaquin Venerando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Emmanuel in the 61st minute of play. In the 70th minute, INTER de Córdoba's Ciriaco Gaitano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-5. The referee felt a red card was in order, 73 minutes into the game, when Leonides Gonzo put in a rough tackle. Joaquin Venerando had in the 75thth minute some difficulties stopping Guido Christobal's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 76th minute, Felipe Emmanuel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The INTER de Córdoba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-6. The crowd rose to their feet as Ciriaco Gaitano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joaquin Venerando. That made the score 3-7 in the 80 minute of play. Guillermo Roderigo made in the 88th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Uriel Hever. Uriel Hever's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Joaquin Venerando firmly grabbed it by the left post. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Joaquin Venerando successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Joaquin Venerando was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felipe Emmanuel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-8 in the 97 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded INTER de Córdoba left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FIFA2024.
