The wind increased when Herminio Tristan made the kick off in the second half. Erubiel Tohias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Martxot having to interfere. With a little luck, Real Rosario's Jacinto Martxot got control of the ball when Felipe Gilesindo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Real Rosario booed when Rosario Central was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Gilesindo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abel Gabon made in the 69th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Rosario Central's Mateo Pietro. Luis Mannie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Tristan in the 77th minute of the match. Luis Mannie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Rosario. 87 minutes into the game, Felipe Gilesindo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jacinto Martxot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 92nd minute Felipe Gilesindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Martxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Alonzo Jurdan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosario Central's supporters rose to their feet, but Alonzo Jurdan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Martxot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aaron Mark's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luis Mannie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Alonzo Jurdan charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alonzo Jurdan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rosario Central were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Real Rosario's much stronger midfield.
