Amancio Duarte hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the match, Gaviotas FC's Anastasio Arce sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Epifanio Cordarius narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 21st minute Ignacio Guillelme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Luke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Epifanio Cordarius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Oliverios, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Epifanio Cordarius was a little too slow when Baldomiro Oliverios got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Gimenez in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Epifanio Cordarius saved Fcion C.A. from getting behind. Gaviotas FC's Gavino Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Killer in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Ignacio Guillelme made a precise shot to the right of Gavino Luke. Gaviotas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baldomiro Oliverios to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Fcion C.A.'s Igor Reynardo got a free kick in the 57th minute. Gaviotas FC made a substitution. Mariano Stephen replaced Isidro Vimaro. After 58 played minutes Fcion C.A. got a freekick which was hit by Igor Reynardo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angel Killer got free with Gavino Luke in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 64 played minutes Gaviotas FC got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Ortle. Fcion C.A.'s Angel Killer got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Epifanio Cordarius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Ursino, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After having played for 74 minutes, Ignacio Guillelme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fcion C.A.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacio Guillelme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Fcion C.A.'s Ignacio Guillelme in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Fcion C.A.'s Epifanio Cordarius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Ursino in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Baldomiro Oliverios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Epifanio Cordarius was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. There was no doubt that Gaviotas FC were the better team. Gaviotas FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
