The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes, Ramiro Su mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SopinkIYCerebro and the CERPA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd minute, Ramiro Su hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SopinkIYCerebro's Santiago Blasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Berbiz in the 5th minute of play. Thiago Almada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Santiago Blasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nacho Miramont's late challenge caught a SopinkIYCerebro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santiago Blasi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Berbiz in the 26th minute of play forced SopinkIYCerebro's goalkeeper Santiago Blasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 played minutes SopinkIYCerebro got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Eleder. After 27 minutes of play, CERPA's Thiago Almada made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santiago Blasi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Santiago Blasi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nacho Miramont got free with Santiago Blasi in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thiago Almada might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santiago Blasi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thiago Almada ran back to his position shaking his head. Nacho Miramont received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Santiago Blasi came out and tried to block the shot, but Nacho Miramont slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 66th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Mateo Berbiz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Santiago Blasi, 0-10. Thiago Almada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Santiago Blasi made a huge save. Dalmacio Mero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, SopinkIYCerebro's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Gipuzkoa came free, but Santiago Blasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Blasi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nacho Miramont showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-12 in the 92 minute of play. Thiago Almada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
