The long shot by Carlos Hunfredo in the 3rd minute really tested Guido Herrera's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. C.A. Línea Rotativa's Ardian Rungkat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Cristos in the 5th minute of play. Ardian Rungkat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Martínez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Enzo Martínez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teofilo Martxot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Guido Herrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, C.A. Línea Rotativa's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Martínez came free, but Ardian Rungkat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guido Herrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernan Orlondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 33 played minutes C.A. Línea Rotativa got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Lucila. In the 36th minute Enzo Martínez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ardian Rungkat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 42 minutes, Enzo Martínez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MARTINETA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Martínez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ardian Rungkat came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by MARTINETA's Enzo Martínez. But to his dismay, Enzo Martínez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The C.A. Línea Rotativa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MARTINETA were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enzo Martínez was the one to do the kick off. Ardian Rungkat made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Uriel Cristos sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind MARTINETA's goalkeeper Guido Herrera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, MARTINETA's goal looked a bit too open when Honorato Ursino came free, but Guido Herrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ardian Rungkat made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Uriel Cristos sent off a good shot on target. Agustín Ruberto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Ardian Rungkat when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ardian Rungkat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Martínez, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Ardian Rungkat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastián Boselli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute of the match, Uriel Cristos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ardian Rungkat saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Paulo Lucila's late challenge caught a MARTINETA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Lucila helped the player get up and apologised. Paulo Lucila kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The supporters of MARTINETA booed when C.A. Línea Rotativa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Sotil didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Damian Rufio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the MARTINETA defense, Honorato Ursino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guido Herrera. The MARTINETA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guido Herrera should have stopped the shot.
