The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Villa Castelar getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. After 10 played minutes Villa Castelar got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Etxatxu. 15 minutes into the match, Villa Castelar's goalkeeper Erubiel Meder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hector Urtzi. AL TOKE FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Filomeno Gaizkine in the 16th minute. After 20th play minutes Gregorio Rexino shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Albano Betadur and just under the crossbar into goal. Igor Serapio took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albano Betadur. Albano Betadur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Villa Castelar's Erubiel Meder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Villa Castelar from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Serapio in the 27th minute of play forced AL TOKE FC's goalkeeper Albano Betadur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 minutes, Severo Ovando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AL TOKE FC and the Villa Castelar players grew even worse after the yellow card. 30 minutes into the match, AL TOKE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Fresco came free, but Albano Betadur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albano Betadur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Serapio, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Igor Serapio was the one to do the kick off. Erubiel Meder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Gaizkine in the 52nd minute of the match. 52 minutes into the match, Filomeno Gaizkine had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erubiel Meder. Villa Castelar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filomeno Gaizkine was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. When Jonas Etxatxu fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villa Castelar's protests and gave Jonas Etxatxu a yellow card for diving instead. AL TOKE FC's Albano Betadur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save AL TOKE FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of AL TOKE FC booed when Villa Castelar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Urtsin didn't get a good kick on the ball.
