Leonardo Frichoso made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Adan Francho sent off a good shot on target. 19 minutes in the game Nicolas-Gabriel Otamendi did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Cleto Raymon. With a little luck, Cepicó FC's Leonardo Frichoso got control of the ball when Adan Francho tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute, Christian Quilino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonardo Frichoso made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Adan Francho sent off a good shot on target. Ciro Sagrario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Urtzi having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Adan Francho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Conrado Haitz was the one to do the kick off. Feliberto Ortle's late challenge caught a Cepicó FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliberto Ortle helped the player get up and apologised. WINNING ELEVEN's Celedonio Urtzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Haitz in the 71st minute of play. When Rigoberto Hechter fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored WINNING ELEVEN's protests and gave Rigoberto Hechter a yellow card for diving instead. Rigoberto Hechter hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Sagrario got free with Celedonio Urtzi in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. WINNING ELEVEN were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Cepicó FC to leave the ground with a draw.
