Adolfo Lauro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Cipriano Lorien made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adolfo Lauro got free with Cipriano Lorien in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 13 played minutes MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Madeo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Ritchie in the 15th minute of play forced Cascadia United's goalkeeper Dario Gutierrez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Johan Lidman hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Dario Gutierrez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Madeo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Conrado Ritchie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Gutierrez having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cascadia United's Octavio Ellande got a free kick in the 31st minute. When Karl-Johan Lidman came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Johan Lidman couldn't finish the play. Nemesio Raymond's late challenge caught a MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nemesio Raymond helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th match minute, Cascadia United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nemesio Raymond to maneuver through the defense. After the first half MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 55 minutes Cascadia United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Iwo Fujara who took care of the corner kick. Patricio Pepillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Gutierrez having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cascadia United's Jesus Casomiro got a free kick in the 59th minute. Cipriano Lorien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Lauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dario Gutierrez was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Karl-Johan Lidman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Karl-Johan Lidman really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Cascadia United's Dario Gutierrez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Cascadia United from getting a goal against them. In the 95th match minute, MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Bartolome to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
