Eloy Dimas was slow to take the kick. During this time Trinchera FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Trinchera FC's Eloy Dimas to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcelino Merexildo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Leo Jacob in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcelino Merexildo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Trinchera FC's Vladimiro Jerardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Indalecio in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Pacorro in the 19th minute of play forced Trinchera FC's goalkeeper Vladimiro Jerardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Eulalio Indalecio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Vladimiro Jerardo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 26 minutes into the game, Silvano Geofredo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Vladimiro Jerardo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eulalio Indalecio to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Leo Jacob shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Merexildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Roque Pero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Lordi kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. With a little luck, Trinchera FC's Vladimiro Jerardo got control of the ball when Eulalio Indalecio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vladimiro Jerardo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eulalio Indalecio went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Roque Pero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Marcelino Merexildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eulalio Indalecio kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Marcelino Merexildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Poncio in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy Dimas in the 81st minute of play forced Berni y Benja FC's goalkeeper Marcelino Merexildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eulalio Indalecio got free with Vladimiro Jerardo in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th minute, Berni y Benja FC's Eulalio Indalecio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vladimiro Jerardo. Vladimiro Jerardo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. The Berni y Benja FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
