Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Jacobo Herauso started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 3 minutes, Federico Mattin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Unidad de Matanza and the JS 22 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 played minutes Unidad de Matanza got a freekick which was hit by Federico Mattin. Barnaba Kilarski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gregorio Garikoitz. Unidad de Matanza's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 7th minute, Darío Cvitanich made a precise shot to the right of Gregorio Garikoitz. Unidad de Matanza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Arnulfo Tancredo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th match minute, Unidad de Matanza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Reyes to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Darío Cvitanich's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gregorio Garikoitz was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Gregorio Garikoitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 47 minutes into the game, Jose Benvido was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Unidad de Matanza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JS 22 the free kick. After 47 played minutes Unidad de Matanza got a freekick which was hit by Jose Benvido. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 51 played minutes Unidad de Matanza got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Jerrald. JS 22's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Barnaba Kilarski in the 53rd minute. JS 22's Barnaba Kilarski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gregorio Garikoitz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 54th match minute, JS 22 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darío Cvitanich to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in JS 22's zone, Robustiano Jerrald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Elixio came out of the goal and Robustiano Jerrald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ubaldo Ostotss short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Gregorio Garikoitz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Arnulfo Tancredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Darío Cvitanich in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gregorio Garikoitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gregorio Garikoitz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arnulfo Tancredo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 93 minute of play. The Unidad de Matanza supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching JS 22's performance. The match ended with a win for JS 22.
