Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rodolfo Guerau took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 minutes of play, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Rodolfo Guerau made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Felipe Guzman was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Atletico Calamar Saavedra booed when Sarmiento de Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francis Sarmiento didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Segundo Oton got free with Tobias Elizardo in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Jesus Gaspard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tobias Elizardo was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Tobias Elizardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmiro Mambru in the 13th minute of the match. Silvio Miro struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Tobias Elizardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico Calamar Saavedra. In the 22nd minute, one of Atletico Calamar Saavedra:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Atletico Calamar Saavedra. Bogumil Spychalski walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico Calamar Saavedra's zone, Rodolfo Guerau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felipe Guzman came out of the goal and Rodolfo Guerau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Segundo Oton in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobias Elizardo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Bogumil Spychalski got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodolfo Guerau in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felipe Guzman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tobias Elizardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Gaspard in the 40th minute of play. Tobias Elizardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Segundo Oton in the 42nd minute. Felipe Guzman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Guerau in the 44th minute of play. After 46 minutes, Delmiro Mambru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atletico Calamar Saavedra and the Sarmiento de Resistencia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th minute, Delmiro Mambru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felipe Guzman came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Sarmiento de Resistencia's Rodolfo Guerau. But to his dismay, Rodolfo Guerau quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The Atletico Calamar Saavedra players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sarmiento de Resistencia were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Segundo Oton made a kick off. The supporters of Atletico Calamar Saavedra booed when Sarmiento de Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sarmiento de Resistencia's Tobias Elizardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Miro in the 55th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico Calamar Saavedra's zone, Rodolfo Guerau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felipe Guzman came out of the goal and Rodolfo Guerau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Guerau recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Felipe Guzman. Rodolfo Guerau showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Rodolfo Guerau struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Felipe Guzman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarmiento de Resistencia. After taking down the ball on Sarmiento de Resistencia's corner Bogumil Spychalski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Felipe Guzman quite easily take care of the ball. Rodolfo Guerau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Felipe Guzman made a huge save. Sarmiento de Resistencia's Bogumil Spychalski got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Francis Sarmiento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sarmiento de Resistencia's supporters rose to their feet, but Francis Sarmiento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felipe Guzman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Felipe Guzman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Atletico Calamar Saavedra from getting a goal against them. In the 88th minute, Rodolfo Guerau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Sarmiento de Resistencia getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Aaron Sarmiento hit a great ball. Felipe Guzman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Guerau in the 93rd minute of play. When Feliberto Olentzaro fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletico Calamar Saavedra's protests and gave Feliberto Olentzaro a yellow card for diving instead. Feliberto Olentzaro hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico Calamar Saavedra's zone, Bogumil Spychalski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felipe Guzman came out of the goal and Bogumil Spychalski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Sarmiento de Resistencia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
