The supporters of Copérnico F.C. booed when Defensores de Lombroso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Obeko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pelle Haglund in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Herminio Guillelme, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Defensores de Lombroso's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Delmar Nuxila in the 16th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Ramon Edur heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Sixto Jurgi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 17 minutes into the match, Defensores de Lombroso's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Jurgi came free, but Loco Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Asopos Katsiavrias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Copérnico F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Filiberto Garikoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Loco Gatti having to interfere. In the 24th minute of the game, Armando Padro landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Copérnico F.C.'s Ariel Ostots was substituted for Armando Padro. In the 26th match minute, Defensores de Lombroso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruben Naike to maneuver through the defense. Herminio Guillelme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramon Edur in the 31st minute. Defensores de Lombroso were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Copérnico F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Delmar Nuxila took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Delmar Nuxila got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Herminio Guillelme quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 34 minutes into the match, Defensores de Lombroso's goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Garikoitz came free, but Loco Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Loco Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Jurgi in the 36th minute of play. Loco Gatti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Jurgi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Jurgi in the 39th minute of play forced Defensores de Lombroso's goalkeeper Loco Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Flavio Obeko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Copérnico F.C.'s Sixto Jurgi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Loco Gatti narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sixto Jurgi made a kick off. Ruben Naike hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Simon Quintan's late challenge caught a Defensores de Lombroso's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simon Quintan helped the player get up and apologised. Defensores de Lombroso made a substitution. Chiquito Romero replaced Benjamin Herrera. Simon Quintan kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Asopos Katsiavrias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Loco Gatti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Asopos Katsiavrias hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. A collision led to Defensores de Lombroso getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Santiago Burutzagi hit a great ball. Loco Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asopos Katsiavrias, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Copérnico F.C.'s zone, Pelle Haglund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herminio Guillelme came out of the goal and Pelle Haglund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78thth minute of the game Pelle Haglund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Copérnico F.C.'s Herminio Guillelme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Loco Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asopos Katsiavrias, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute of the match Copérnico F.C. got a corner. Defensores de Lombroso's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Filiberto Garikoitz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Filiberto Garikoitz made a great header on Copérnico F.C.'s corner, it was just that Defensores de Lombroso's Loco Gatti managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience was convinced that Pelle Haglund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herminio Guillelme was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Copérnico F.C.'s goalkeeper Herminio Guillelme, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Defensores de Lombroso's supporters rose to their feet, but Delmar Nuxila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herminio Guillelme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pelle Haglund struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Herminio Guillelme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Defensores de Lombroso. The supporters of Copérnico F.C. booed when Defensores de Lombroso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Obeko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
