The San Fernando Eagles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victorio Ado should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Toby Futbol Club's zone, Casimiro Ayala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnoldo Cordeiro came out of the goal and Casimiro Ayala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Israel Bizi in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victorio Ado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 20 minutes, Vicente Sol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Fernando Eagles and the Toby Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Toby Futbol Club's Arnoldo Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Eagles in the 22nd minute of play. But to his dismay, Ovidio Basajaun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ovidio Basajaun was the one to do the kick off. If Casimiro Ayala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnoldo Cordeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Ayala in the 60th minute of the match. Toby Futbol Club's Arnoldo Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Eagles in the 61st minute of play. Arnoldo Cordeiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Josué Eagles's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. The supporters of Toby Futbol Club booed when San Fernando Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. 狄银云 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Toby Futbol Club's Ovidio Basajaun couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 97th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for San Fernando Eagles. The Toby Futbol Club players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
