Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) René Higuita made a fantastic save in the 2nd minute, when Fabio Canor sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Kaplan's René Higuita got control of the ball when Fabio Canor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ruperto Bastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Froylan in the 8th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kaplan's Ivan Poncio got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 16th minute Aristides Avellaneda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Bastia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Kaplan's René Higuita got control of the ball when Fabio Canor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabio Canor came free with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and René Higuita could save by the left post. 22 minutes into the game, Mauricio Cordera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kaplan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MDQ Raptors FC the free kick. Kaplan's Mauricio Cordera got his second yellow card of the match in the 23rd minute. The referee ordered Mauricio Cordera off the ground. A collision led to Kaplan getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Mauricio Cordera hit a great ball. Fabio Canor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but René Higuita made a huge save. A collision led to MDQ Raptors FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Celso Berdaitz hit a great ball. Ruperto Bastia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Avellaneda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Kaplan's goalkeeper René Higuita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabio Canor. After 42 played minutes Kaplan got a freekick which was hit by Amador Bela.

In the 53rd match minute, Kaplan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Poncio to maneuver through the defense. In the 59thth minute of the game Fabio Canor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kaplan's René Higuita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. René Higuita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Sanchez in the 60th minute of play. After 61 minutes, Aristides Avellaneda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kaplan and the MDQ Raptors FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 62 played minutes Kaplan got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Avellaneda. In the 68th minute of the match, Aristides Avellaneda got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ruperto Bastia was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 69 played minutes MDQ Raptors FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Sanchez. 76 minutes into the match, Kaplan's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Tximitx came free, but René Higuita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atilano Bitxintxo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Serafin Froylan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Bastia having to interfere. Ruperto Bastia made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Aristides Avellaneda sent off a good shot on target. In the 82nd minute, Daniel Sanchez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serafin Froylan's late challenge caught a MDQ Raptors FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafin Froylan helped the player get up and apologised. After 83 played minutes Kaplan got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Froylan. In the 84th minute, Celso Berdaitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 88 minutes, Aristides Avellaneda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kaplan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aristides Avellaneda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. MDQ Raptors FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
