The corner ended in Leandro Fig almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Luigi Gatti did a great save. Roque Clementi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Lluc in the 10th minute of play. Roque Clementi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Lluc, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carmelo Claus made a kick off. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luigi Gatti showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alijilán returns's Roque Clementi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Lluc in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute Nestor Bernat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Clementi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Luigi Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Iruinea in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute of the match Alijilán returns got a corner. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leandro Fig ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Alijilán returns's corner Leandro Fig fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Luigi Gatti quite easily take care of the ball. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
