When Artemio Luzaide fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RÚSTICOS F.C's protests and gave Artemio Luzaide a yellow card for diving instead. After 2 played minutes RÚSTICOS F.C got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Luzaide. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by RÚSTICOS F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jose Garikoitz was slow to take the kick. During this time Social y Dep. Patagonia's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of RÚSTICOS F.C's goalie and right to Apolo Enaut. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. RÚSTICOS F.C's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 8th minute, Natalio Mergildo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Social y Dep. Patagonia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Rodrigo Itzaina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Felipillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the match, RÚSTICOS F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Mergildo came free, but Rodrigo Itzaina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in RÚSTICOS F.C's zone, Apolo Enaut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Itzaina came out of the goal and Apolo Enaut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 19 played minutes Social y Dep. Patagonia got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Enaut. Rodrigo Itzaina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Mergildo in the 21st minute of play. In the 22ndth minute of the game Severo Laurgain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RÚSTICOS F.C's Rodrigo Itzaina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Santos Felipillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. RÚSTICOS F.C's Rodrigo Itzaina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Mergildo in the 33rd minute of play. Santos Felipillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Itzaina having to interfere. Social y Dep. Patagonia made a substitution. Andres Librado replaced Natalio Mergildo. Rodrigo Itzaina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Laurgain in the 37th minute of play. Leopoldo Gurutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Itzaina didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severo Laurgain went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Rodrigo Itzaina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Laurgain in the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Santos Felipillo made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Santos Felipillo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rodrigo Itzaina. Santos Felipillo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Rodrigo Itzaina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Laurgain in the 53rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severo Laurgain got free with Rodrigo Itzaina in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th minute, Apolo Enaut reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rodrigo Itzaina. The goal made the score 0-5. 60 minutes in the game Felix Berbiz did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Leopoldo Gurutz. In the 65th minute, Social y Dep. Patagonia's Severo Laurgain dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Social y Dep. Patagonia's Santos Felipillo got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. RÚSTICOS F.C's Rodrigo Itzaina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grygoriy Lozynskyi in the 70th minute of play. Apolo Enaut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodrigo Itzaina made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santos Felipillo in the 80th minute. Santos Felipillo scored 0-7 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rodrigo Itzaina, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 88 minutes into the match, RÚSTICOS F.C's goalkeeper Rodrigo Itzaina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santos Felipillo. Grygoriy Lozynskyi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodrigo Itzaina having to make a save.
