The corner led Absolut Rasta FC's Adrian Matteo to fire away a dangerous shot which Anastasio Quirce despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardino Rosio in the 18th minute of play forced Absolut Rasta FC's goalkeeper Prospero Liberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prospero Liberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ren Ting Jian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Constantino Admon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Prospero Liberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Absolut Rasta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Admon came free, but Prospero Liberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Absolut Rasta FC defense, Constantino Admon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Prospero Liberto. The Absolut Rasta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Prospero Liberto should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ren Ting Jian in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Prospero Liberto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardino Rosio in the 30th minute of play forced Absolut Rasta FC's goalkeeper Prospero Liberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, German Gil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Absolut Rasta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but German Gil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anastasio Quirce breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anastasio Quirce was a little too slow when Adrian Matteo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 1-2. After a rather tough play, Arquímedes's Matias Maties got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Absolut Rasta FC's Adrian Matteo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Arquímedes. After the first half Arquímedes were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when German Gil made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Matteo in the 51st minute of play forced Arquímedes's goalkeeper Anastasio Quirce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Arquímedes's goalkeeper Anastasio Quirce, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Arquímedes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adrian Matteo was slow to take the kick. During this time Absolut Rasta FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Absolut Rasta FC's corner Adrian Matteo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anastasio Quirce quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ren Ting Jian got free with Prospero Liberto in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
