Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Armando Araoz got the match started through his kick off. After 4 played minutes Yo Soy Tu Padre got a freekick which was hit by Armando Araoz. The audience was convinced that Damian Rito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Delmar Jakes was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Segundo Laurendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Urbasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cipriano Mosen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Segundo Laurendi. Alvarado de Mar del Plata's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 19thth minute of the game Armando Araoz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Segundo Laurendi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Armando Araoz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Segundo Laurendi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Damian Rito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Delmar Jakes made a huge save. Armando Araoz kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Yo Soy Tu Padre's Delmar Jakes got control of the ball when Damian Rito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Segundo Laurendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Araoz in the 42nd minute of play. Armando Araoz scored 1-1 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Segundo Laurendi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Armando Araoz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Segundo Laurendi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Damian Rito made a kick off. Armando Araoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 54th minute of the match, Armando Araoz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Segundo Laurendi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Isidoro Marcones struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Delmar Jakes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alvarado de Mar del Plata. Thanks to some nice moves Armando Araoz could shoot a difficult shot in the 61st minute, which Segundo Laurendi however easily saved by the left post. Delmar Jakes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Rito in the 62nd minute of play. A collision led to Alvarado de Mar del Plata getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Timoteo Sancho hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the match, Yo Soy Tu Padre's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Rito came free, but Delmar Jakes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Armando Araoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Yo Soy Tu Padre defense, Damian Rito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delmar Jakes. The Yo Soy Tu Padre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delmar Jakes should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute Mariano Verón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Jakes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Mariano Verón got a free kick in the 85th minute. Segundo Laurendi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armando Araoz in the 90th minute.
