An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Gomesano in the 21st minute of play forced Road To Glory's goalkeeper Tomás Calixto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venancio Madaleno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Haroldo Tonio in the 22nd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched KIRICOCHO FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
