A very good chance for a goal. 7 minutes into the match, De Boedo Vengo's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Morales came free, but Salim Adas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonzalo Morales took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Salim Adas. Salim Adas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Honesto in the 20th minute of play forced La Naranja Mecánica's goalkeeper Otto Smitt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Osvaldo Oidor hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute of the match, Fulgencio Lalla tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Otto Smitt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Gonzalo Morales managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Naranja Mecánica's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonzalo Morales was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salim Adas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 29 minutes into the game, Gualterio Estefan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Otto Smitt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gonzalo Morales blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Salim Adas having to make a save. De Boedo Vengo's Salim Adas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Morales in the 31st minute of play. Salim Adas came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by La Naranja Mecánica's Gonzalo Morales. But to his dismay, Gonzalo Morales quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Gonzalo Morales managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Naranja Mecánica's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonzalo Morales was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salim Adas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Michel Platini missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 47 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Salim Adas right hand side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

The wind increased when Gonzalo Morales made the kick off in the second half. Osvaldo Oidor scored 1-5 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Salim Adas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Israel Xabat hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Teobaldo Fertus took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Otto Smitt. La Naranja Mecánica's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Benigno Jobo hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, La Naranja Mecánica's Salim Adas threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gonzalo Morales, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. La Naranja Mecánica were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after De Boedo Vengo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Samuel Checa took the corner. After 66 played minutes, De Boedo Vengo's Valentin Jaunzuria shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Otto Smitt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in De Boedo Vengo reached it. The audience was convinced that Gonzalo Morales's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Salim Adas was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. After 70 minutes, Gonzalo Morales made it 1-6 with a short kick to the right side. De Boedo Vengo's Salim Adas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samuel Checa during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, La Naranja Mecánica's Samuel Checa got a free kick in the 75th minute. If Gonzalo Morales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonzalo Morales's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Salim Adas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. In the 93rdth minute of the game Gonzalo Morales who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De Boedo Vengo's Salim Adas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The La Naranja Mecánica players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
