Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) In the 2nd minute Anselmo Arnas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Micael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 4 minutes into the game, when Nicolas Valentini put in a rough tackle. The Cavern Club's Prospero Aballe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Mouche in the 8th minute of play. The corner led Pilar FC's Pedro Lluc to fire away a dangerous shot which Prospero Aballe despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Pedro Lluc's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Prospero Aballe on his right side and into the goal. 9 minutes into the game it was 0-1. Prospero Aballe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Mouche in the 12th minute of play. The Cavern Club's Prospero Aballe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Mouche in the 12th minute of play. Pedro Artizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Aballe having to interfere. Pilar FC's Cirilo Micael proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Pilar FC from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes into the match, Pilar FC's goalkeeper Cirilo Micael had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelo Maria. The Pilar FC fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Pilar FC's Pablo Mouche looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Hunfredo in the 29th minute of play forced Pilar FC's goalkeeper Cirilo Micael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cirilo Micael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Arnas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cirilo Micael made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Nicolás Burdisso sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Severo Hunfredo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cirilo Micael was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Cirilo Micael made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolás Burdisso in the 39th minute. Pablo Mouche hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Angelo Maria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cirilo Micael having to make a save.

In the 56th match minute, Pilar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Onofre to maneuver through the defense. After 59 minutes, Angelo Maria made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Pilar FC's Cirilo Micael tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Pilar FC's Cirilo Micael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Maria in the 63rd minute of play. Feliciano Lluis charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Feliciano Lluis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Severo Hunfredo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. After a rather tough play, Pilar FC's Saverio Etxahun got a free kick in the 85th minute. Cirilo Micael came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by The Cavern Club's Angelo Maria. But to his dismay, Angelo Maria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Pilar FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
