In the 5th minute, one of Deportivo Diamante U18:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Deportivo Diamante U18. 7 minutes into the game, Club Atletico Los Andes's Inocencio Etxekopar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gregorio Fagildo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 11th minute Conrado Maiorga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nana Lider saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 徐文枫 kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Nana Lider took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Maiorga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute Victor Valiente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nana Lider saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amador Rafel kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. If Victor Valiente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nana Lider made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Conrado Maiorga sent off a good shot on target. Deportivo Diamante U18's Gregorio Fagildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 徐文枫 in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Americo Panfilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Los Andes's zone, Lino Igon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nana Lider came out of the goal and Lino Igon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gregorio Fagildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 徐文枫, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amador Rafel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nana Lider having to interfere. Nana Lider showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Maiorga, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victor Valiente made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Gerardo Gaxan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Los Andes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerardo Gaxan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th minute Conrado Maiorga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nana Lider saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atletico Los Andes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lino Igon was slow to take the kick. During this time Deportivo Diamante U18's players had a chance to rest. Nana Lider showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Maiorga, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. With a little luck, Deportivo Diamante U18's Gregorio Fagildo got control of the ball when Gerardo Gaxan tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Club Atletico Los Andes getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Inocencio Etxekopar hit a great ball. After 75 minutes Deportivo Diamante U18's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Inocencio Etxekopar who took care of the corner kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerardo Gaxan got free with Gregorio Fagildo in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nana Lider came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Diamante U18's Conrado Maiorga. But to his dismay, Conrado Maiorga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Club Atletico Los Andes's Leonardo Soter was substituted for 徐文枫. In the 86th minute, Conrado Maiorga made a precise shot to the right of Nana Lider. Club Atletico Los Andes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After 89 played minutes Club Atletico Los Andes got a freekick which was hit by Americo Panfilo. Club Atletico Los Andes's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Deportivo Diamante U18 had won, even though Club Atletico Los Andes had held more of the ball.
