Tabossi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simon Brun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romeo Veremundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Brun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karim Adeyemi to make the kick off. When Geronimo Librado fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored No la sacas más 9-12-18's protests and gave Geronimo Librado a yellow card for diving instead. Victoriano Iliana charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
