Emilian Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo-Hernán Garnacho in the 29th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Don Malbec's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo-Hernán De La Cruz came free, but Emilian Martinez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilian Martinez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustavo-Hernán De La Cruz went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Gustavo-Hernán De La Cruz scored 2-4 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emilian Martinez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gustavo-Hernán De La Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilian Martinez having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Camilo Sexto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Don Malbec fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-7. MORPH's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
