Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pål Uggstedt kicked off to start the match. Jorge Vicente Squella recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rolf Holmgren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pål Uggstedt went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Albinas Dumskis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albinas Dumskis in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolf Holmgren saved General Velásquez from getting behind. 16 minutes into the match, CANTERANOS DMS's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Tuñon came free, but Leonides Ocariz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolf Holmgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albinas Dumskis in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind CANTERANOS DMS's goalkeeper Leonides Ocariz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Urtsín Aceiton was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 31 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of General Velásquez:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CANTERANOS DMS:s goal. Rolf Holmgren had in the 32ndth minute some difficulties stopping Bone Vielva's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. If Gustav Tidéksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolf Holmgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pål Uggstedt in the 40th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Jorge Vicente Squella made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pål Uggstedt in the 51st minute of play forced General Velásquez's goalkeeper Rolf Holmgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the match, General Velásquez's goal looked a bit too open when Pål Uggstedt came free, but Rolf Holmgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonides Ocariz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Vicente Squella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonides Ocariz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuelo Oñez y Loyola in the 56th minute of play. General Velásquez were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after CANTERANOS DMS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Teofan Bozadzhiyski took the corner. When Angel Piñera fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CANTERANOS DMS's protests and gave Angel Piñera a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th match minute, CANTERANOS DMS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Piñera to maneuver through the defense. Manuelo Oñez y Loyola kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Jorge Vicente Squella blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonides Ocariz having to make a save. In the 87th minute Jorge Vicente Squella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Ocariz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 89 minutes CANTERANOS DMS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Teofan Bozadzhiyski who took care of the corner kick. In the 93rd match minute, General Velásquez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johny De Raeijmaecker to maneuver through the defense. General Velásquez's Rolf Holmgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save General Velásquez from getting a goal against them. Chants of CANTERANOS DMS echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as General Velásquez had held the ball for most of the match.
