Severiano Trinidad in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Artizar Melic, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Guille's Cristian Alari got a free kick in the 12th minute. Cheche Bellogin scored 0-3 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Constantino Guceño, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aldo Popolizio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Canor Mediano kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Guille's zone, Aldo Popolizio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constantino Guceño came out of the goal and Aldo Popolizio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Constantino Guceño came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Benvide Cercalde. But to his dismay, Benvide Cercalde quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Benvide Cercalde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sabino Tanasio charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sabino Tanasio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Sabino Tanasio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benvide Cercalde was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Deportivo Popolizio FBC booed when Guille was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mon Martijana didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute of the match Lonzo Corullon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Constantino Guceño showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Constantino Guceño stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gianluca Popolizio's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 61st match minute, Guille was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Alari to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guille's goalkeeper Constantino Guceño, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 0-9 when Aldo Popolizio sped through Guille's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Constantino Guceño. In the 79th minute Cheche Bellogin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Guceño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gianluca Popolizio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Constantino Guceño came out and tried to block the shot, but Gianluca Popolizio slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cheche Bellogin in the 84th minute of play forced Guille's goalkeeper Constantino Guceño to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Constantino Guceño took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Popolizio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Constantino Guceño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cheche Bellogin, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Aldo Popolizio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Constantino Guceño, 0-11. Gianluca Popolizio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Constantino Guceño when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 93 minutes into the game, Mon Martijana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guille's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Popolizio FBC the free kick. In the 93rd minute, Mon Martijana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
