Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Andy Somellera took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the Universitario defense, Segundo Balendin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matro Perramon. The Universitario fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matro Perramon should have stopped the shot. Matro Perramon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorato Aureo in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, Vikingos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Jakes to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Balendin in the 26th minute of play forced Universitario's goalkeeper Matro Perramon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Garcia Gorostieta kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes, Vikingos FC's Segundo Balendin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Matro Perramon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vikingos FC reached it. 33 minutes into the match, Segundo Balendin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matro Perramon. Universitario's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Segundo Balendin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 36th minute, Bonifacio Morentin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matro Perramon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Balendin in the 44th minute of play. After 45 played minutes Vikingos FC got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Aureo. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Oscar Gines, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

In the 53rd minute Joachim Arana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Gines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joachim Arana came free, but Oscar Gines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matro Perramon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Honorato Aureo in the 55th minute. 63 minutes into the game, Honorato Aureo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Matro Perramon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lázaro Millrick got free with Matro Perramon in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 81 minutes of play, Vikingos FC's Gonzalo Argoitz made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matro Perramon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Universitario's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Gonzalo Argoitz scored to the left of an out of position Matro Perramon, making the score, 0-9. Matro Perramon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Bela, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Lázaro Millrick could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Matro Perramon made a huge save. When Andy Somellera fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Universitario's protests and gave Andy Somellera a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Universitario getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Andy Somellera hit a great ball. When the match was over Vikingos FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Universitario throughout the match.
