The tension between the Jagiellonia Denver and the Gonz FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Juvenal Matos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roch Covington in the 18th minute of the match. Juvenal Matos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trenton Warren, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Juvenal Matos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Trenton Warren went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Trenton Warren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juvenal Matos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trenton Warren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casimiro Barros hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Dario Luzea's late challenge caught a Jagiellonia Denver's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juvenal Matos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Roch Covington had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dario Luzea made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Gonz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Estebe to maneuver through the defense. If Bryon Hendrix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juvenal Matos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trenton Warren, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Juvenal Matos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Gonz FC's zone, Trenton Warren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juvenal Matos came out of the goal and Trenton Warren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Trenton Warren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juvenal Matos. That made the score 0-3 in the 63 minute of play. Jorge Rodriguez hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Jagiellonia Denver's Glen Kay got a free kick in the 71st minute. If Trenton Warren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Trenton Warren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Juvenal Matos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trenton Warren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bryon Hendrix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Juvenal Matos made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Roch Covington kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juvenal Matos. That made the score 0-4 in the 85 minute of play. Gonz FC's Juvenal Matos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trenton Warren in the 97th minute of play.
