José Alejandro Díaz was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 4 minutes into the match. In the 4th minute, one of Unikurdos United F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Unikurdos United F.C.. When the match had been going on for 6 minutes, Baez FC's Benicio Ferreccio got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Edilberto Beguellina. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Filomeno Arteche managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baez FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Arteche was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edilberto Beguellina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 18 minutes into the match, Baez FC's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Pangua came free, but Blanco Maige reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blanco Maige showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Pangua in the 20th minute of the match. The supporters of Unikurdos United F.C. booed when Baez FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdul Otaegui didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blanco Maige showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Pangua in the 35th minute of the match. Freddy Pangua scored 1-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Blanco Maige, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute, Orlando Urquijo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Blanco Maige showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oriol Gavilanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 46th minute Freddy Pangua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blanco Maige saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Freddy Pangua made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Baez FC's goalkeeper Blanco Maige had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Freddy Pangua. Benicio Ferreccio kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Abdul Otaegui charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Abraham Agostini thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Edilberto Beguellina, a very annoying self made goal in the 63rd minute which led to 2-1. The audience was convinced that Abdul Otaegui's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edilberto Beguellina was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Unikurdos United F.C.'s zone, Abdul Otaegui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edilberto Beguellina came out of the goal and Abdul Otaegui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 70 minutes, Filomeno Arteche managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baez FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filomeno Arteche was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Freddy Pangua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute of the match Benicio Ferreccio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edilberto Beguellina showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Baez FC's Blanco Maige got control of the ball when Freddy Pangua tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Oriol Gavilanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Unikurdos United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Abdul Otaegui came free, but Edilberto Beguellina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orlando Urquijo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edilberto Beguellina having to make a save. 88 minutes into the match, Baez FC's goalkeeper Blanco Maige had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Freddy Pangua. With an all-out effort, Unikurdos United F.C.'s Blanco Maige threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Oriol Gavilanes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
