Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Carolo Cristos took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alfonso Peruanton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carolo Cristos's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. ORIZABA F.C.'s Ramon George played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Gonza in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute Gabriel Bordat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon George saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogelio Gonza in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramon George saved ORIZABA F.C. from getting behind. A collision led to Informaniaticos getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Gaudencio Tavio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Castellani in the 19th minute of play forced Informaniaticos's goalkeeper Alfonso Peruanton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfonso Peruanton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ubaldo Mogel in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute Nicanor Gomesano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon George saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfonso Peruanton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Mogel, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. A collision led to Informaniaticos getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Gerardo Malvin hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Castellani in the 33rd minute of play forced Informaniaticos's goalkeeper Alfonso Peruanton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes Informaniaticos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Albano Rodriguez who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Albano Rodriguez got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alfonso Peruanton quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 35 minutes, Albano Rodriguez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ORIZABA F.C. and the Informaniaticos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th match minute, ORIZABA F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albano Rodriguez to maneuver through the defense. Alfonso Peruanton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Castellani, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Alfonso Peruanton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Serafo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, ORIZABA F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Gomesano came free, but Ramon George reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Informaniaticos's Gabriel Bordat got a free kick in the 47th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicanor Gomesano made a kick off. When ORIZABA F.C.'s Carolo Cristos in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Informaniaticos's Alfonso Peruanton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Cristos in the 78th minute of play. When ORIZABA F.C.'s Carolo Cristos in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carolo Cristos in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfonso Peruanton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in ORIZABA F.C.'s zone, Gabriel Bordat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramon George came out of the goal and Gabriel Bordat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
