Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ulizes Sola started the match with the kick off. Felix Onis took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walter Huarte. Walter Huarte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Dani Galiana came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Astillero del Guayas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dani Galiana couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brun Mugica in the 22nd minute of play forced Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Walter Huarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Dani Galiana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Paredes Campderros got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 29 minutes into the match, Valle Saron's goal looked a bit too open when Ulizes Sola came free, but Vinicio Palazuelos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valle Saron's Vinicio Palazuelos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulizes Sola in the 31st minute of play. Felix Onis kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Felix Onis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, Ruperto Ufret hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paredes Campderros's late challenge caught a Valle Saron's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paredes Campderros helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th match minute, Astillero del Guayas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paredes Campderros to maneuver through the defense. Dani Galiana struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Vinicio Palazuelos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Astillero del Guayas. 46 minutes into the game, Martinez Costeras cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Walter Huarte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Astillero del Guayas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Valle Saron were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Brun Mugica made a kick off. Zarando Eguizabal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Vinicio Palazuelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Valle Saron's goal looked a bit too open when Dani Galiana came free, but Vinicio Palazuelos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Onis was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 63rd minute. Valle Saron's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Walter Huarte made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Brun Mugica sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd match minute, Valle Saron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernanco Guiza to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brun Mugica in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walter Huarte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Walter Huarte managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Valle Saron's Brun Mugica fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brun Mugica got free with Walter Huarte in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Walter Huarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brun Mugica, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Vinicio Palazuelos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dani Galiana, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. A nice corner shot did that Ulizes Sola got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vinicio Palazuelos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Martinez Costeras came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Valle Saron fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martinez Costeras couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute, Paredes Campderros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Valle Saron had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
