An unexpectedly hard shot by Ostadar Casas in the 10th minute of play forced Ballet Azul's goalkeeper Alonzo Angellotti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristos Landeta hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute of the match Danilo Quiroga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bert Pöggeler showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mete y Raspa FC's Bert Pöggeler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romildo Bórquez in the 24th minute of play. After 27 minutes, Ostadar Casas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mete y Raspa FC and the Ballet Azul players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Mete y Raspa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ostadar Casas to maneuver through the defense. Atarratze Maeztu struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Alonzo Angellotti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mete y Raspa FC. Alonzo Angellotti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atarratze Maeztu in the 41st minute of play. After having played for 48 minutes, Donzel Elano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mete y Raspa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donzel Elano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Donzel Elano made a kick off. When Gergori Hortuño came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Mete y Raspa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gergori Hortuño couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Mete y Raspa FC booed when Ballet Azul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kilian Mbappè didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute, one of Mete y Raspa FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mete y Raspa FC. Bert Pöggeler had in the 66thth minute some difficulties stopping Danilo Quiroga's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ostadar Casas got free with Alonzo Angellotti in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Mete y Raspa FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Cristos Landeta hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mete y Raspa FC's zone, Danilo Quiroga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bert Pöggeler came out of the goal and Danilo Quiroga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute, Romildo Bórquez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bert Pöggeler was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 81st minute, Mete y Raspa FC's Ostadar Casas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Alonzo Angellotti came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Mete y Raspa FC's Gergori Hortuño. But to his dismay, Gergori Hortuño quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Bert Pöggeler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kilian Mbappè in the 89th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mete y Raspa FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
